The provincial team kicked off the new year with a integrated sports science Fitness camp in Halifax on Jan 24th. Athletes gathered at the Canadian Sports Center Atlantic for mental performance and Nutrition presentations from our IST team. Athletes refectived on their upcoming season goals, ways to remain motivated in their pain caves and learned about optimally fueling their training.

After completing their sessions, the team took to the snow to grab a few hours of skiing to complete their endurance training.
