Join BNS

To All Prospective License Members - When completing your license application it is important that you fill out the form correctly. If you are a member of a BNS/CCA/UCI affiliated club the application must be signed by the club president or someone else authorized to sign on his/her behalf.

If you are not a club member there is an addition $10.00 charge.

The application must include Proof of Age. Sending in an incomplete application will cause delays in receiving your license.

Update: The forms are now "computer-fillable" which means upon opening the respective application, you can fill in the form using your computer and print once completed. Please note that you cannot save data typed into this form after printing so print extra copy for your records if desired. Thanks to Friedemann Brauer for adding this enhancement to the forms.
